& Cancellations
We request at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service. In this case, a £10 fee will apply, to be collected by card payment before the service. The barber may determine if it’s possible to reschedule your service for another time.
Yes, we require a credit card to hold your appointment. Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
In the case of a true, unavoidable emergency, part or all of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services at our discretion.
